All outstanding orders will, however, be fulfilled or fully refunded. www.rashmikajewels.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time without assigning any reasons for the decision. www.rashmikajewels.com will not be responsible for any damage caused to anyone by the use of its website.
No Refund or exchange will be given in the Following Cases:
We will not refund or exchange if we receive a used product.
We will not Exchange or Return with Minor color and design variations Due to the differences in displays of computers/laptops/phones or maybe photographic lighting sources the color of the image and product may slightly differ.
We will not refund if the address is found incorrect or outdated.
We will not refund after 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agents.
In case of refund is approved, only the Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
