Returns & Cancellations

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).

Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

  1. Update us within 48 hours from the time you receive your product via Email or text us on Instagram / WhatsApp. Unboxing video is mandatory.
    We will then approve your exchange request and then the next step follows.
  2. Once you receive our confirmation for your exchange request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to exchange with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 48 hours from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the exchange if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
  3. The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. After the quality check, your item will exchanged. Incase your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
